2. What We Collect
We collect information you provide directly when you:
- Complete the diagnostic tool or lead forms (name, email, organization)
- Submit a workshop interest or proposal request
- Use the Olly chat widget
- Subscribe to communications or purchase a service
- Register for or attend Community Events (virtual or in-person)
For Community Events, we may collect: name, email, organization, job title, event attendance records, and any information you voluntarily share during the event.
We also collect standard technical data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) via cookies and analytics tools.

9. AI-Assisted Features & Data Processing
Our website uses artificial intelligence features, including the Olly chat assistant powered by a large language model (LLM). When you interact with Olly, your messages and any information you voluntarily share (such as your name, email, or business details) are processed to generate relevant responses and may be stored as lead or inquiry records in our systems.
Conversation content may be reviewed by our team to improve service quality and follow up on inquiries. We do not use your conversation data to train third-party AI models without your explicit consent.
Our diagnostic tool processes your selections locally and in our backend to recommend appropriate services. No personally identifiable information is required to use the diagnostic tool unless you choose to submit your details.
We use analytics and performance monitoring tools to understand how visitors use our site. This data is aggregated and anonymized where possible. You can opt out of non-essential data collection via the cookie consent banner.
9A. Community Events Data & Confidentiality
When you register for or attend our Community Events (virtual or in-person), we process your registration data and event attendance records to facilitate access, send reminders, and maintain community membership verification.
Confidentiality Expectation: Community Events are private spaces for verified members. By registering, you acknowledge that content shared during events is confidential and subject to our Terms of Service confidentiality obligations. We require all attendees to agree not to record, screenshot, or externally share event content without explicit permission.
Company Liability Limitation: While Clever Analytics implements reasonable safeguards including member verification and confidentiality agreements, we cannot guarantee or control individual participant behavior. We are not responsible or liable for unauthorized disclosures, leaks, recordings, or misuse of information by other attendees. Our obligation is limited to enforcing our Terms against verified violators to the extent practicable and removing access from bad actors.
Event Recordings: If an event is recorded, we will notify attendees in advance. Recordings are stored securely and shared only with registered attendees unless otherwise specified. You may request deletion of your likeness from event recordings by contacting us.
10. Data Rights & Do Not Sell
You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict processing of, or export your personal data. We do not sell your personal information for monetary consideration.
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information: We do not sell personal data as defined by CCPA or other privacy laws. You may submit a Do Not Sell / Do Not Share request at any time using our Data Request form (select "Do Not Sell / Share" option).
Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information (CPRA): We limit our use and disclosure of sensitive personal information to purposes necessary to provide our services and as permitted by law. You may request additional limitations by contacting us.

California residents: Under the CCPA/CPRA, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, request deletion, and opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. EEA, UK, and Switzerland: If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or Switzerland, your personal data is transferred to and processed in the United States. These transfers are protected by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission and other appropriate safeguards.

Our services are not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 16 in certain jurisdictions).
