• Interfere with or disrupt the site, its servers, or its security features;
• Upload or transmit malware, viruses, or any malicious code;
• Impersonate another person or organization, or misrepresent your affiliation;
• Use automated tools (bots, scripts, scrapers) to access the site without our permission;
• Use the site to conduct any activity that is unlawful, deceptive, infringing, or that violates the privacy or rights of others.

Content shared on cleveranalytics.io — including event descriptions, community resources, blog content, and correspondence with our team — may be confidential or proprietary. By accessing the site you agree:

• You will not record, screenshot, reproduce, or externally distribute event or community content without explicit permission from the author or host;
• You will respect the privacy of other visitors and members and will not reveal their identity, contributions, or contact details externally;
• You will treat shared content as confidential by default, even where it is not explicitly marked;
• Event recordings, transcripts, and AI-generated notes may be shared with registered attendees and retained as described in our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Breaching this notice may result in removal of access and, where applicable, further action. If you become aware of a confidentiality breach, report it promptly to support@cleveranalytics.io.

Our services and websites are not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. By using this site, you represent that you are at least 18 years old or have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction. This requirement applies across all Clever Analytics properties — the main site, the Community Hub, and the Audit Portal — with no exceptions.

Clever Analytics currently serves U.S.-based organizations only. By submitting any form or inquiry through this site, you certify that your organization is headquartered in the United States. See our Terms of Service for full eligibility details.

The site is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that any content, AI output, or tool result is accurate, complete, or reliable. AI-generated material may contain errors and should not be relied upon without verification.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clever Analytics & Insights, Inc. and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, business, or profits, arising from your use of or inability to use this site. Our total liability for any claim is capped as described in our Terms of Service.

This policy is the base for all Clever Analytics web properties. Each property adds its own platform-specific terms that layer on top:

• Community Hub (community.cleveranalytics.io) — adds member conduct rules, content licensing, event recording and AI-transcription terms, and a Community Confidentiality Notice. Members should review those terms within the Community Hub.
• Audit Portal (audit.cleveranalytics.io) — adds a portal access agreement covering confidentiality of audit materials, intellectual property restrictions, and license scope. Portal users accept that agreement before accessing audit content.

Where a conflict exists between this base policy and a property-specific term, the property-specific term governs for that property.

We may update this notice at any time. Continued use of our sites after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated notice. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when it was last revised.
